Common questions
Players get a bingo card filled with song titles. A host plays 45–60 second clips from popular songs. Mark off each one you hear. First to complete the host's called formation wins. That's it.
Live Music Bingo shows are free to play. Show up, grab a card, and join in. Check with your local venue for their specific details.
Everything you need to run a full night: printed bingo cards for all your players, Spotify-ready playlists (scan and play), a step-by-step host run sheet, and digital promo materials including ready-to-print posters and social media assets. All delivered to your venue.
Four things: a Spotify Premium account (to stream the playlists), a PA system and microphone, a tablet or laptop to play from, and prizes for your winners. We recommend a minimum of 4 prizes per night (2 per round). Drink vouchers, meal deals, or a bar tab all work well.
None at all. Every pack includes a full run sheet that walks you through the night step by step. Play music from Spotify, talk to a room, and you're running Music Bingo.
Yes. Venues that publicly play music in Australia need a licence from APRA AMCOS. Most licensed venues already hold one. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction. Our packs don't include a blanket music licence.
Our packs cover venues from small bars right up to large clubs. The S Pack covers up to 60 players, M Pack up to 80, L Pack up to 100, and the XL Pack covers 120 and beyond at a per-player rate. See our pricing page for the full breakdown.
Music Bingo works with as few as 10 players and scales well past 200. Energy builds naturally — even small groups have a great time. Most venues see crowds grow after their first couple of nights.
Each pack covers a full night of 2 rounds with a short break in between. Most hosts are wrapped up in around 2 hours, but the pace is yours to set.
No. We have 120+ ever-changing themed rounds covering everything from 60s classics to today's hits. Every pack delivered to you is different, so your regulars never hear the same night twice.
No lock-in contracts. You choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly delivery to suit your schedule. Pause or stop any time.
Yes. Music Bingo nights run at venues across Australia powered by Pick The Hit, our sister company. Use our Find a Show page to find one near you and see it live before you commit.
Results vary by venue, but as a conservative example: 30 to 40 players at an average spend of $25 each adds $750 to $1,000 in bar and food revenue in a single 2-hour night. Many venues see more once Music Bingo becomes a regular weekly fixture.
